Hong Kong: Coffee art

14.12.2015 — Many guests at the Allegretto Viva Espresso in Hongkong come to view the artistic creations of the Baristas who fashion 3-D figures on coffee out of milk foam: cats, elephants, bears—Baristas need to practice around 300 times to perfect the art. The guests sit right in front of the Berlin landmark, the Brandenburg gate. The café is decorated with images of Berlin and the Berlin specialty, Currywurst is on the menu.
