Dussmann KulturKindergarten gemeinnützige GmbH is a subsidiary of the Dussmann Group. It operates coporate child-care with long, flexible opening times across Germany. The educational concept embraces a wide range of cultural activities. Since May 2013, it also operates a youth hostel in cooperation with Berufsbildungswerk Wacker Burghausen for around 50 young adults.

In Germany, the demand for child-care is growing, particularly for the under-threes. The work-life balance is increasingly important and this is recognized by a growing number of companies who are competing for skilled personnel and who must therefore offer good working conditions.
